This product is a great sounding polyphonic ringtone for your cell phone. Ringtones are musical tunes and sounds that are played whenever your phone rings. Your phone must support polyphonic tones to use this product.

You see the dancers on TV dancing behind Britney or Justin Timberlake. You're inspired to take up dancing so that you can become just like your idols. And you find that pretty soon, you wouldn't mind being up there yourself dancing with your very idols.

Sounds cool doesn't it? Dancing in music videos or doing backing dancing is the dream of most aspiring dancers and if you're reading this probably yours as well. After all when you've danced in a music video, that's when you know you've made it, right? But how do you actually do it and find yourself on TV screens across the country?

Well there are a variety of ways. Some of them super glamorous such as being spotted by a very intelligent scout who obviously knows talent when they see it and says that's you.

If this happens to you, congratulations, you've truly had it made. But for the rest of the people out there, there are ways to appear in a music video that are within your control. Being scouted is generally the exception rather than the rule.

The most common route is to go and find a good agent or agency who will find dance auditions for you. Most top dance jobs come through agencies who will put you forward for jobs that match your skills and attributes.

The first rule of thumb when applying for dance agencies is to make sure you're good enough. There is no point in auditioning for agencies if you've just stumbled into the industry and just picked up 1 or 2 dance moves from a dance class. Auditions are tough and you'll need to be good to go through.

Different agencies work differently. Most will ask you to send through your CV and professional pictures. If they like the look of you and what you have to offer they may offer you a place on their agency immediately. Especially if you've done a lot of high-profile work or are otherwise a well-known dancer.

It's more than likely though that most agencies will invite you to an audition to become represented by their agency. There are often many dancers at these auditions, especially for the well known agencies where it's not unusual to have several hundred auditionees.

If you do well at the audition they may then decide to take you on. And then they'll start putting you forward for work and sending you to auditions where you're auditioning for specific jobs such as music videos.

There are some agencies which will insist that you do not need any experience. You should be cautious with these agencies. By all means have a look to see what they have to offer, but exercise special caution. Many operate on the basis that you give them some money to get a place on their agency books, and then they won't send you on any auditions at all. Generally you should not pay to join an agency, if you do make sure they have a good record and send their people to good auditions.

There will also sometimes be open auditions and castings which means that you do not need to be with any agency and anyone is free to attend the audition. Open auditions can be very packed, but if you don't have an agent yet then you'll have to go to these auditions to start building up your CV and if you want to find work. They can be advertised in newspapers, websites and notice boards.

So all in all, it is possible to succeed and get work without being represented by an agent or agency, but a good agency can help your career tremendously by sending you out on a lot of quality music video auditions which can only be attended via an agency.

Talk

Includes unreleased b-side track.
Customer Review: "Talk" is Coldplay's first club single
Several single versions of Coldplay's "Talk" have been released to date, most which contain live tracks as B-sides. However, you may not know it, but several club mixes of "Talk" have been made as well, and the track is fast becoming Coldplay's first real club hit. (A remix of "Clocks" also got some play in clubs but not to this extent.) While at first glance this may seem surprising it actually makes perfect sense. You see, the melody of "Talk" is actually sampled from Kraftwerk's 1983 electronic single "Computerlove". The remixes of "Talk" are official mixes and have been promoted to clubs in both the U.S. and overseas. Thus far, I haven't seen any of the "Talk" remixes included on a the maxi single releases, but they may be included at some point. However, they are available on iTunes, and definitely worth purchasing. The remixes promoted in the U.S. include the Junkie XL and Francois K mixes. Junkie XL has done a number of notable club remixes of rock tracks in the last couple of years. Their mix is outstanding - it maintains the beauty and emotional intimacy of the song but adds a distinctive "buildup" at the beginning and a strong rhythm underneath to bring it up to a whole new level. The Francois K remix of "Talk" is a complete reworking of the song - bringing it more in style towards Kraftwerk's original "Computerlove". Very electronic, very "detached" - definitely quite an accomplishment but in my opinion not as good as the Junkie XL mix. "Talk" will reach #3 on the Billboard Dance/Club Chart as of early March 2006.
Customer Review: Only B-side!
I just got this today and there is only the Sleeping Sun song and the radio edit version of Talk. There is contradictory information on this page and, even though I would have bought it anyway, it was quite a disappointment when I opened it up and saw only one. :( Maybe there's a version out there with both b-sides, but I haven't found it yet. The Sleeping Sun song is great, of course.

Tips to Finding a Cheap Flight

Try to book your flight about one to three months in advance in order to ensure getting the best deal possible. Check with a few since prices can vary, also check to see whether or not taxes are included and what their refund policy is. Remember price isn't the only thing that's important, check layover times and the number of flights that you will have to take. Sometimes it's worth paying 100USD more if it means less waiting time and fewer flights. In addition, if you fly during the off-season, April/May and September/October, you can get incredible discounts, sometimes paying about half of what a ticket would cost during peak travel times. For example, American Airlines had round trip flights from NY to Lima for 500 USD.

Where to Look

New airlines are popping up all over the place. Spirit Air is one of those. They do have stricter luggage restrictions than most, so be sure to check exactly how many bags and what size they can be before booking your flight. For airlines that specialise in flights to Latin America, try LAN or Avianca.

Websites that List Flights from Multiple Carriers

Besides going to a specific airline's website, try going to websites that search many air carrier's prices in order to get you the best price possible. This allows you to compare different airlines side by side.
Air Treks, Air Deals, Side Step, Get One Trip, Just the Flight, Opodo, Airbrokers , BT Store or
Discount Flights.

Latin American Specialists

You can also try an agency that specialises in Latin American flights. Try booking a ticket with one of the following. Intra Tours, Exito Travel, Fly Latin America, Delgado Travel USA, Trafico Peru
Peru Explorer, or Kayak.

Don't Forget the Minor Details

Once you book your flight, be sure to check to see if you have all the vaccinations and visas necessary. Also make sure your passport is up to date. The last thing you want is to arrive at the airport and be refused entry to the plane because you your passport is expired or you don't have a visa. As soon as you get on the plane, relax, sit back and enjoy the flight.

El Cantante

Though they don't look much alike, slight actor-singer Marc Anthony was born to play robust salsa sensation Héctor Lavoe. In addition to similar ancestry and vocal skills, Anthony has been building a respectable cinematic resume with roles in Big Night and Martin Scorsese's Bringing out the Dead. The title of El Cantante comes from a number Rubén Blades wrote for The Singer. Lavoe would make it his signature song. In the film, Anthony's wife, producer Jennifer Lopez, plays Puchi, the Nuyorican beauty who won Lavoe's heart. She narrates their story from the perspective of 2002 (the real-life Puchi passed away shortly afterwards). Leon Ichaso (Piñero) contrasts Lavoe's rise from Puerto Rican street singer to New York superstar with his fall from innocent immigrant to heroin-addicted ladies man. By the mid-1980s, Lavoe's popularity hit its peak, and Ichaso spends the rest of the time ticking off the tragedies of his final years: the break with trombonist Willie Colón (John Ortiz), stay in a mental ward, etc. It's a dynamic portrait, and Anthony and Lopez work well together, but despite the urban setting and Latin-flavored soundtrack, El Cantante follows virtually the same trajectory as Ray and Walk the Line (Ichaso has also directed biopics of Jimi Hendrix and Muhammad Ali). His movie looks and sounds authentic, but Lavoe's story might've been better served as nonfiction. There's a sense that there was more to the man than what appears on screen. --Kathleen C. Fennessy
Customer Review: El cantante sings!
I loved this movie and I also love JLo and Marc Anthony! I think this movie was underrated. If you are truly interested in Hector Lavoe, you will love it. If you buy it just cause you want to see JLo and Marc, you probably won't like it. They are good in the movie but the story is what made it for me. Of course, it goes without saying, Marc Anthony's voice is supberb!
Customer Review: WONDERFUL....
I rented this film recently and was surprised at how good it was. The story depicts the stormy life and tragic end to the great salsa legend Hector Lavoe. This movie hits you in the heart from the start. It makes you care about the character and his music. I now own a cd of Hector Lavoe and I never knew I could like salsa. Who knew?? His music is amazing and the tragic events of his life makes you want to know the person behind the prose of his songs. My ears know good music when it hears it and this man was a icon. Hector Lavoe.......rest in peace! I'm not much of a fan of Jennifer Lopez but she played a good role. However, another actress (a more popular one) would have made this film more marketable to the non-Hispanic population ( mass audience).

A guitar is an amazing instrument. Sometimes hard to play but with easy nice sounding guitar chord secrets everywhere. Let's explore some easy but nice guitar chords.

Our first guitar chord will be Dmaj7. It is played in this way for example:

Dmaj: 0/4 2/3 2/2 2/1

An explanation of the notation. The first number indicates which fret to press down. The number after the slash which string. 2/3 means, press down the second fret on the third string.

If you lift up your fingers from this chord you will get a very easy guitar chord to play indeed! We can call it an Em7. It will look this way:

Em7: 0/4 0/3 0/2 0/1

This little chord progression makes a nice little intro to a song in D-major. If we write down a little guitar chord sequense it might look like this:

Dmaj7 / / / Em7 / / / Dmaj7 / / / Em7 / / /

We will now spice the second chord a bit by playing a Gm6. It looks like this:

Gm6: 0/4 3/3 3/2 0/1

We can use this guitar chord in an intro with the same function as the one above:

Dmaj7 / / / Gm6 / / / Dmaj7 / / / Gm6 / / /

Let's introduce a new guitar chord. We can call this chord D11:

D11: 0/4 5/3 5/2 5/1

As you maybe already have figured out you can slide the Dmaj7 chord up a few frets and you will get this chord. We will now create a progression with these three guitar chords:

Dmaj7 / / / D11 / / / Gm6 / / / Gm6 / / /

The next guitar chord is easy to play too. It is a G-minor chord. It is actually the same chord shape as the guitar chord Dmaj7 but on the third fret. It looks like this:

Gm: 0/0 3/3 3/2 3/1

Now we will create a guitar chord progression with these four chords together:

Dmaj7 / / / D11 / / / Gm / / / Gm6 / / /

The art of sliding chords to new frets is an exciting and easy way to find new guitar chords and sounds to use in your playing.

We will end this article on easy guitar chords in D by experimenting a bit with the D-major chord. Here is the most common D-major chord:

D: 0/4 2/3 3/2 2/1

By sliding this guitar chord up three frets up you will get the Dm7 chord or D-minor seventh. It looks like this:

Dm7: 0/4 5/3 6/2 5/1

Slide it up two frets from this position and you will get a G-major chord. It looks like this:

G: 0/4 7/3 8/2 7/1

The last guitar chord to explore will be A-major with D bass, notated A/D. Here it is:

A/D: 0/4 9/3 10/2 9/1

Let's make an impressive intro with these four chords but with the same chord shape by sliding the D-major chord up:

D / / / Dm7 / / / G / / / A/D / / /

The guitar really is an amazing instrument. Many more chords can be changed in similar ways to create new interesting sounds that will enrich your playing!
