We are living in a world that runs on high speed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. In order to keep up, we have to be smart in planning our time and scheduling the things that are really important. Unfortunately for moms, we tend to put ourselves last, thinking that once everything else gets done, we can have some time for ourselves. We are lucky if this happens once in a while. We all know how important it is to exercise and maintain good health, we have heard the lectures about how we are more healthy, better parents when we choose to exercise and how we will live longer and be around to enjoy our children. So here are some tips to help you fit exercise into your busy life.

Tip #1 Always be prepared

Have a bag with your gym clothes and anything else you need to workout on hand. Keep it in the trunk of your car, if you have some extra time at work, you can take a walk, or if you get off early you can stop by the gym on the way home. Always having what you need on hand, takes away that excuse.

Tip #2 Think ahead

If you chose one day of the week and cook several meals ahead of time, you will not only have extra time to take a walk with your kids, it will eliminate the fast food drive through stop if you have had an especially crazy day.

Tip #3 Dance Dance Dance

Put in your favorite music and call the kids in to dance with you. There are games that incorporate dance, like Twister Moves, or you can just freestyle. This is great quality time that you can spend with your kids, encouraging their creativity and teaching them that it can be fun to move.

Tip # 4 Make an Appointment

Set an alarm for when it is time to exercise, when it goes off, stop what you are doing and take some time to move. I want to say let your kids know this is mommies time to exercise, but when you have really little ones it can be hard. Do the best you can to keep the commitment you make to yourself, to take care of yourself and you will feel better in many ways.

Tip #5 Have a family activity night

There are many family traditions when a family eats together. Break the mold and create traditions where your family moves together. Take a walk after dinner, when it is warm enough outside. See how many different trees you can find or how many types of butterflies you can spot. When I walk with my kids, they go to bed better and they really love the time we spend outside. There are many other activities you can do as a family. Have a family meeting and brainstorm things that your family would love to do together.

These are some easy ways that you can find time to exercise. Remember that you are setting an example for your children, not only that it is important to exercise but that they need to take time to take care of themselves, this is a lesson that will serve them well in life.

Over 90% of diets fail. Don't be another statistic! You can have the body you always dreamed of!

Let me show you howFinding Time for Exercise

Mystery

Unlike the previous two albums, the new album is not instrumental, but rather lyrical and more song oriented. The project features thirteen tracks ranging from moody synthesized phrases, screeching guitars, and pulsating drums all the way to harmonious vocal lines.

Do you know why the guitar is the most popular instrument in the world? It's because it's easy for a complete beginner to pick it up and actually create something most of us can call music right away.

Do you think a beginning piano student can do this? Not really. That's why learning how to play chord piano is becoming so popular. Most students don't want to wait years before they can create music. They want to be creative like their guitarist counterparts - and why not?

Learning how to play chord piano is actually easier then playing chords on a guitar. It's because you don't have to hurt your fingers on the strings. No finger calluses here. Not at all. In fact, the piano may be the easiest of all instruments to play. Just press on a key and you've sounded a note. Press on three or more keys and you have created a chord.

Now, when most beginners think of playing piano chords, their minds immediately turn to triads. While triads are OK and are frequently played in most music, it's not the best chord structure to start out with. This is because we do not live in the 19th century anymore! Most piano students want to learn something that sounds a little closer to the century we're living in and this is where the open position chord structure comes in.

This modern sounding 6-note chord covers more than 2 octaves of the piano making it the best starting place for the beginner to create modern sounds. It is a seventh chord too! Used frequently in Jazz and New Age music, this chord type is easily modifiable into larger chord extensions as well.

Don't let guitarists have all the fun. Learn chord piano and you'll soon be the envy of guitar players everywhere!

Edward Weiss is a pianist/composer and webmaster of Quiescence Music's online piano lessons. He has been helping students learn how to play piano in the New Age style for over 14 years and works with students in private, in groups, and now over the internet. Do you ever find yourself relentlessly station flipping on an already aggravating drive home from work? You probably have that feeling that if you could just find that one feel-good, sing- along tune you're craving, all the chaos and stress would just melt away. With Sirius Satellite Radio, say goodbye to all your frustrations and program in up to 30 sure-fire stations that will revitalize your mood and satisfy your musical needs, static and commercial-free.

The Sirius stations appeal to people of all different markets and niches. One is the middle-aged "I love all music" types. For these people, there's "Sirius Hits 1," a top 40 station which plays everything from Avril Lavigne, Kanye West and Junior Senior to Fall Out Boy, Nickelback and Linkin Park. The "Sirius Supermix" station shuffles all of the other Sirius stations for one of the most diverse line ups you can imagine.

Need to relax? Do you chill out to light Pop, Rock, Classical, Jazz, Electronica, Country, R&B, Reggae or Talk Radio? Sirius satellite radio has a relaxing station in just about every genre for you! Whether it's Jimmy Buffet, Simon and Garfunkle, Massive Attack or Aretha Franklin, you will find that cup of audio tea for the soul.

One of the best things about satellite radio is that it panders to niche markets. Sometimes fans of the loud and rowdy rock genres have a hard time finding a station to suit their needs. Not on satellite radio! If you're having a hard time finding The Circle Jerks, Dead Kennedys and The Misfits on the radio, try Channel 29's "Punk" station.

Or if you need some Lamb of God, Slayer or Pantera, Channel 27 "Hard Attack" will do you good. Keep the weekend rave playing with Paul Van Dyk and Deep Dish on "Area 33" or breakdance to your favorite energetic tracks by the Chemical Brothers and DJ Icey on Channel 34 "Boombox." Not enough Grand Master Flash, LL Cool J and Run DMC? Check out the Channel 43 "Backspin" for old school rap at its finest.

Other niche markets include Country, with five different Sirius satellite stations: "New Country" (Tim Mcgraw, Terry Underwood, Toby Keith), "Prime Country" (Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, George Strait), "The Roadhouse" (Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton), "Outlaw Country" (Waylon Jennings, Bob Dylan, Merle Haggard) and "Bluegrass" (Ricky Skaggs & KY, Lonesome River Band, Thunder). Christian listeners can choose from "Spirit 66" with powerful hits from Third Day, Avalon and Point of Grace or "Praise 68" with gospel favorites by Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams.

The Latin / World markets will also get grooving with XM radio stations tailored specifically to their needs: "Universo Latino" (Latin pop mix including Luis Miguel, Enrique Iglesias and Gloria Estefan), "Rumbon" (Reggaeton with Marc Anthony, Tito Nieves and Ivy Queen), "Band A Parte" (the French language music scene), "Rock Velours" (Canadian soft rock like Celine Dion, Sarah Mclachlan, Michael Buble), and "Energie 2" (urban pop including French Canadians like Eric Lapointe, Simple Plan and Coldplay).

In addition to music, there are even more specific stations to choose from on Sirius satellite radio. Nine sports stations focus on Soccer, Horse Racing, NBA, NFL, Nascar, College Sports, CFL, AFL, ESPN. Talk Radio includes: NPR, CNN, Fox News, BBC, World Radio Network, Entertainment radio, CNBC, Bloomberg financial Radio and Daily Variety.

Need religion, weather, or traffic talk? No problem. Additionally, you can get 24/7 Howard Stern, Martha Stewart and comedy channels.

ROCKABYE BABY - COLDPLAY LULLABY RENDITIONS

Rockabye Baby! transforms timeless rock songs into beautiful instrumental lullabies. The soothing sounds of the glockenspiel, vibraphone, mellotron, and other instruments will lull your baby into a sweet slumber.

Using Coldplay's gorgeous melodies and imagery, these gentle recordings are sophisticated enough for everyone to enjoy. Introduce the apple of your eye to these essential masterpieces of rock'n'roll.
Customer Review: rOCKABYE bABY
This is the Cd by Coldplay where they take their music and make a lullaby for babies. I bought it for my son's sister-in-law who had a baby. I got a very positive response from the parents and they are late 20s to early 30's. So I bought more for my kids for future grandchildren. I highly recommend it as it is nice for the parents also.
Customer Review: Superlative Choice.
Superlative choice. Beautiful and soothing muic for babies and adults. My favorite gift for new baby, stressed out adults, Coldplay fans and people trying to lull themselves to meditate or sleep. I think it is fabulous (far better than other artists in this collection).

The music at your wedding reception can play a big part in how much your guests enjoy the reception. Every song played brings on a unique emotion and memory for every person in the room and the mood of the room as a whole. Some people love a certain song whilst others might find it nostalgic. Songs that are chosen during the reception can reflect your own style of music taste and the type of atmosphere you want to create. The right song selections will have your guests relaxed during the formalities and partying when it's time to get their groove on!

Below is a general wedding reception timeline. It is entirely up to the Bride & Groom which traditions and music they want to incorporate into their wedding.

I have listed 5 songs for each wedding event to give you an idea of what has been popular at past weddings...

Cocktail / Pre Dinner Drinks Music

This is best as classical, jazz or various modern music usually at a quiet and relaxing volume. Some song title suggestions are.

Jack Johnson - No Other Way

Jamie Cullam - I Get a kick out of you

Eva Cassidy - Fever

Norah Jones - The Long Day is Over

Van Morrison - Into the Mystic

Bridal Party Introduction

This works well as an upbeat styled song that people can clap & make some noise to as the Bridal Party, Bride & Groom make their entrance into the reception venue. Some song titles would be..

Jagged Edge - Let's Get Married

The Monkees - I'm a Believer

Dire Straits - Money for Nothing

Ray Charles - I Got a Woman

Crowded House - Don't Dream it's Over

Chris Isaak - Wicked Game

Elton John - Your Song

Cake Cutting

The cake cutting song can be a favourite of the Bride and Groom. A slow tempo, romantic song works well for this part of the reception. Songs that have sugar and sweet references have been popular at previous weddings. Some songs used at past weddings include..

Archies - Sugar Sugar

K-Ci and Jojo - All my Life

Queen - You're my best friend

Michael Buble - The way you look tonight

First Dance / Bridal Waltz

The first dance is traditionally the most important song of your wedding reception. This is the first dance of the newly married couple as husband and wife. You can learn a specific dance for this song be it a traditional waltz or the Bride & Groom's favourite slow dance song. If you are using live entertainment for your first dance, make sure you hear a rehearsal / recording of the song that way you know what to expect. Their version may sound a lot different to the original if it's a cover. Some song suggestions are..

Savage Garden - Truly Madly Deeply

Etta James - At Last

Van Morrison - Have I Told you Lately

Enrique Iglesias - Hero

Nick Cave - Into my arms

Father and Daughter Dance and the Mother and Son Dance

Elvis Presley - Memories

Temptations - My Girl

Paul Simon - Father and Daughter

Natalie Cole - L-O-V-E

Elvis Presley - Always on my mind

Dancing Music

A Good DJ or Party band will keep a nice balance between tactful (not so cheesy) and fun songs to keep the dancefloor moving. It's a good idea to give the entertainment a few "must plays", "play if you cans" and "do not play" songs. Some dance floor song titles include..

Outkast - Hey ya

Bob Sinclair - Love Generation

Beatles - Twist and Shout

Elvis vs JXL - A little less conversation

Michael Jackson - Blame it on the Boogie

Anniversary Dance

The longest married couple at the wedding reception can have their own special slow dance tribute. This is great to recognise their length of marriage and an opportunity for a another slow dance.

Bouquet Toss

Traditionally, the single and un-married ladies gather around as the Bouquet is tossed by the bride. Whoever catches the bouquet is the next in-line to get married. This can accompany a game of some sort where the winner receives the bouquet also. Some song ideas for the Bouquet Toss are..

Cheryl Crow - All I Wanna Do

Pussycat Dolls - Don't Cha

Shania Twain - Man I Feel like Woman

Ani Difranco - Wishin & Hopin

No Doubt - Just a Girl

Garter Removal & Toss

As the Garter is removed by the Groom, a sexy song can be played. This can also accompany a game of some sort where the winner receives the Garter. Once the garter is removed it is tossed to the single and unmarried men and whoever catches it is traditionally the next in-line to get married.

Jimi Hendrix - Foxy Lady

Weather Girls - It's Raining Men

Inner Circle - Bad Boys

ZZ Top - Legs

Marvin Gaye - Let's get it on

Last Dancing Songs

These last couple of songs for the night should be a climax to a great celebration that everybody can dance to.

Farewell Music

The farewell music can be 2 or 3 of the Bride and Grooms favourite songs. These are the songs played whilst the Bride and Groom farewell their guests via a circle or bridal archway (Made by the guests). Some song suggestions are..

Extreme - More than words

Israel Kamakawiwo'ole - Somewhere over the Rainbow

Green Day - Time of your life

Whatever songs and genres you choose for your wedding reception, make sure they reflect your own style and at the same time will be appropriate for your guests to enjoy themselves at the celebration of your wedding. Good luck with your planning!

Cheers, Adrian Makarov

Gloria Estefan and Miami Sound Machine - Evolution

Customer Review: Lot of music for the money!
Gloria arrived on the music video scene in the mid eighties. You will see some videos from that era. What was played on MTV or VH1 was that `cat video,' "Bad Boys". Even way back then, the cat costumes and makeup are very well-done. "Dr. Beat" is a goofy, conglomeration of people in a hospital setting. There are some concert stage videos "Betcha Say That" and "Words Get In the Way." Early music videos required color and dance to attract the attention of viewers and "Rhythm is Gonna Get You" fits that category as well as "Conga" and "Get On Your Feet", and "1-2-3." A superb balladeer with a sultry voice, you will see videos "Can't Stay Away from You." Although I am not a "Gloria fan", this collection is good because it is strictly music, no interview, no extra non-music footage. I like a collection with JUST MUSIC! For the people who love Gloria, you will see the English and Spanish versions "Oye Mi Canto" "Don't Wanna Lose You", and "Anything for You" and "Here We Are." If you are new to Gloria or love Gloria's music, this a great collection. It will introduce you to her evolution in music....Mzrizz
Customer Review: A must have for any Gloria fan or pop fan.
Very good collection of her early hits with Miami Sound Machine. It covers her songs from 1984(Dr. Beat) to 1989(Here We Are). My favorite Estefan song is on this video,(Can't Stay Away From You).

Coldplay Poster Exclusive Live and Uncut 20 By 30

This poster is 20 inches by 30 inches approximately and is in mint condition

You've spent the entire day exploring Istanbul's mosques, monuments and palaces. You've walked through the remnants of Constantinople and the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires and you have the sore feet to prove it! You've returned to your quiet hotel room, had shower, rest and cup of Turkish tea. Now you're ready to hit the city again! But where to go in Istanbul after dark? Here are a few ideas on stepping out in Istanbul!

Bosphorus Cruise

If sore feet are a priority, enjoy an evening of food, drink and live music while cruising between Europe and Asia on one of the world's most magnificent waterways. Put your feet up as you cruise by dramatically lit mosques, palaces and under the city's soaring bridges. Spy on the night activity in the posh Bosphorus neighborhoods of Bebek and Ulus. The price includes a full dinner, drinks, an exciting floorshow with a Turkish belly dancer and round trip transfer from your hotel. Ask a local agency about availability.

Dinner with a View: Hamdi Restaurant

If you're in the mood for something local then head for Hamdi. Located just steps away from the Egyptian Spice Market, this popular place serves typical Turkish fare; hot grilled kebabs, small bowls of colorful mezes, crisp green salads and last, but certainly not least, Baklava! (Dubbed Turkish Viagra buy the locals!) But the real star of Hamdi is the view. Sit on the top terrace and take in views of Galata, the Bosphorus and the magnificent mosques of Eminonu.

Balik Sokak

Just steps away from the Marmara Sea, Balik Sokak (Fish Street) comes alive at dusk with lively restaurants serving fresh fish, meze, raki and lots of beer. Expect live music, impromptu singing and dancing performed by tipsy Turkish men with big mustaches!

Nevizade Sokak

Just off the Beyoglu Balik Pazari (Beyoglu Fish market) and Cicek Pasaji, Nevizade Sokak is a narrow street chock full of bars and outdoor restaurants. The restaurants offer meze, meals and musicians at your table; the bars offer stools where you can park, people watch and enjoy a chilled Efes beer. Some of the bars have terraces on the roof, of course every waiter will swear blind that his bar's terrace is more beautiful than the next guy's! Most places have a fixed-price menu, so ask for prices in advance.

Turkish Night

If you're a fan of music or dance, then a check out an evening "Turkish Night" dinner show, featuring traditional song, dance and costumes from the four corners of Turkey. Favorites include the fast spinning and stomping of the energetic Black Sea Dancers and the mesmerizing whirling of of the famed whirling dervishes. The evening belongs, however, by the lovely belly-dancing ladies who can show you a move or two! Book early at a local agency for good seats. Again, ask at a local agency about shows as they vary in price and program. Full dinner, drinks and transportation to and from your hotel are included in the price.

Nargile Cafe

Corlulu Ali Pasa Narghile Cafe was built in 1709, and is a well-known atmospheric water-pipe (nargile) place near Beyazit, (just 2 tramway stops from Sultanahmet stop, or a short stroll along the tramline.) This lovely hidden spot is where you can try a waterpipe or just relax and enjoy the exotic aroma of an apricot Narghile while sipping Turkish tea or coffee. Kittens will play at your feet. Old men will play backgammon. A great place to unwind after a trip to the nearby Grand Bazaar. The cafe serves a variety of tea, soft drinks and Turkish coffee.

Sultanahmet Hot Spots
Looking for an after diner drink not too far from your hotel? In Sultanahmet, grab a cocktail, raki, Efes Beer or glass of wine at...

Sah Bar: Hidden away from the main Tramway Street, this bar is rocking the alley in the summer, and warm and intimate by the fireplace in the winter. Cosy decor and great music.

Akbayik Street: There are a few bars that go all night long on this street. Check out "Just Bar", popular with locals and backpackers. Great outdoor seating.

The North Shield: Located just off the Gulhane tramway station one stop away from Sultanahmet. More expensive than the first two, but a great place to watch a football match.
